Discipleship & Leadership Training

Each month Pastor Robert travels to the Mara region of Tanzania to hold a 3 day discipleship & leadership training class. 

Church members from each of the young remote churches attend this monthly 

class specifically designed to help them grow in Christ and train and prepare them to preach and guide their respective congregations in lieu of a permanent pastor.  6 training manuals are used that were written and donated by the Baptist minister  Dr. Mark Terry from his years planting churches.  They include How to Preach, How 

to Grow as a Christian, The Holy Spirit, and How to Build a Stable Church.
