HAEA partners with doctors, nurses and missionaries from both Eastern Africa and the United States to deliver much needed healthcare to the underserved of Kenya and Tanzania, all the while sharing the love of Jesus Christ to all we serve.
It is our hearts desire to design and implement a remote medical clinic model that could be made available to rural regions, creating a clinic or clinics that would offer medical assistance and education to those in need, on a non-fee/reduced fee basis.
While medical assistance, in varying degrees, is available to the few that can afford to pay (and travel), too many are unable to access desperately needed medical care.
Three days, 350+ patients seen, and 84 people professing for Christ. Amen! All would not be possible except for the hard work and dedication of Michelle, her nurses and CO's, and Steve our pharmacist, all of Kisii. Pastor team led by Pastor Robert Moinde and the Rianyambeki church personnel who graciously hosted this medical camp for us and delivered the gospel to all as they waited to receive medical care.
A special thank you to those who spent the day in that smoky, hot cooking hut preparing food for everyone - delicious!
